摘 要:通过对某县居民户碘盐中碘含量监测结果的多次比对分析,发现部分同一居民户样品在不同实验室、由不同的分析人员检验分析结果精密度较差,分析结果不确定度超出了标准要求。通过模拟居民户碘盐可能带入的其它食品、佐料、添加剂等,对模拟的样品进行比对监测分析,初步找到了影响居民户碘盐监测结果不稳定因素的原因,对保证居民户碘盐监测结果的准确性、代表性、公正性有一定的指导意义。Through muhiple alignment analysis results of a county household iodized salt iodine content monitoring, it was found that part of the same household samples in different laboratories analyzed by different persons gave out the inspection results with poor precision, the uncertainty analysis results were beyond the standard requirements. By simulating households iodized salt probably introduced from other food, ingredients, additives etc. , through monitoring and analysising simulated samples, the reasons of unstable factors affected households iodized salt monitoring results were preliminary found out. This study has certain guiding significance to ensure the accuracy, representativity and fairness of household's iodized salt monitoring results.
