摘 要:采用Folin-Ciocalteu法对陕西产的2种鹿蹄草的多酚定量,并用DPPH法、ABTS法、FRAP法3种方法进行清除自由基能力的评价。结果表明,经过粗提后,鹿蹄草(Pyrola calliantha)的多酚物质含量为185.81mg·g-1,明显高于雅美鹿蹄草(Pyrola decorata)的多酚物质含量133.81mg·g-1,鹿蹄草中的总酚物质含量平均是雅美鹿蹄草的1.39倍;对于每个种的各个部位来说,总酚含量:叶>全株>根茎>花,叶与花中含量差距最大,其比值为2.02(鹿蹄草)、1.26(雅美鹿蹄草)。用3种方法测得清除自由基能力的结果一致,清除自由基能力即抗氧化性较强的是鹿蹄草的多酚提取物,其次是雅美鹿蹄草的多酚提取物,抗氧化性测定结果显示,2种鹿蹄草的抗氧化性与其酚类物质含量呈正相关。The contents of phenols contained in Pyrola calliantha and P. decorate, two native species oc- curring in Shaanxi were measured by Folin-Ciocalteu method. Antioxidant activities of the extracts were e- valuated by DPPH free radical, ABTS, and FRAP methods. After preliminary extraction, the contents of total phenols in P. calliantha were 185. 81 mg·g^-1 , significantly higher than those in P. decorata (133.81 mg·g^-1). The phenol contents in different organs were in an order of leaf〉 whole plant〉root〉 flowers. The phenol contents in the leaves were 2.02 (P. calliantha) and 1.26 (P. decorata) times more than in the flowers. The results of three methods to test the free radical scavenging capacity were consistent, in which the antioxidant ability of P. calliantha was stronger than P. decorata. The phenol contents were positively correlated to the antioxidant capacity.
