摘　　要：随着高校学生评教工作重要性的不断提升,学生评教工作中所暴露出来的矛盾和不足也更加明显。完善学生评教工作应以发展性教学评价为理念,注重以人为本,从改善学生评教态度,完善学生评教管理工作入手,弥补学生评教工作中的不足,扩大师生交流的平台,增强评教结果的可信性。With the constant improvement of the importance of college students teaching evaluation, contradictions and problems in the work are more obvious. Considering the development teaching evaluation as the concept and focusing on the people - oriented principle, this paper aims to improve students evaluation attitude, perfect students evaluation management, compensate for the drawback of evalu- ation, enlarge the platform of exchange between teachers and students and strengthen the credibility of the evaluation result.
