摘　　要：辅导员是高校人力资源管理的一个重要和特殊群体,辅导员是学生管理的主力军,他们承担着教育、管理和服务等多种角色,其中对大学生的就业指导是辅导员工作的重要内容,并对高校学生就业产生着较大影响。Counselor is an important and special group of human resource management in college and the main force for student management. Counselors bear a variety of roles of the education, management and service, in which the career guidance for college students is an important content for the work of counselor and produces a greater impact on employment of college students.
