摘　　要：寝室作为大学生学习、生活、工作及人际交往的主要阵地,被称为大学"第三课堂"。聚集在同一区域的学生寝室以及寝室周围的生活配套设施构成具有社区功能的单元体,称为学生社区。实现高校学生社区自主管理是高校育人模式的新的探索领域。此项研究以学生社区委员会作为载体,以学生自我管理为宗旨,引导大学生养成良好的行为习惯,培养其综合全面发展,为大学生思想政治教育的发展和深化开辟了一条新的道路。The dormitory, as an important position for university students＇ study, life, work and interpersonal communication, is called the＂the third class＂of university. The units constructed by student dormitories and the surrounding supporting facilities at the same region are called student communities. To realize the autonomous management of university student communities is a new exploration field for university education model. Taking stu-dent community committees as the carries and students＇ au-tonomous management as the aim, this study guided the develop-ment of university students＇ healthy behaviors and habits, culti-vated their comprehensive development, and established a new approach for the development and deepening of ideological and political education for university students.
