摘  要:对听障职校生职业性向的测试研究表明,听障职校生的职业性向分布不均,差异显著;职业性向与性别、地域、残疾程度差异显著;所学专业、职业选择和职业性向之间的水平不一致;与职业性向测试相关的资源建设还需要进一步完善。特殊教育院校应当重视职业性向测试的意义和功能,科学引导职业性向测试的整个流程,建设职业性向测试的相关资源,完善职业性向测试体系。The research into the career aptitude test of the students with the hearing impaired has shown that the career aptitude of the students with the hearing impaired is unevenly distributed, with the vast difference; the career aptitude is greatly different from gender, geography and the degree of disability; there are inconsistencies between the career aptitude, the learned major and the professional choice; the resource building related to the career aptitude test needs further improvement. Special education colleges should pay attention to the meaning and function of the career aptitude test, scientifically guide the entire process of career aptitude tests, build the resources related to the career aptitude test and improve the system of the test.
