摘　　要：高校健美操的教学改革和教学质量的提高以及促进大学生的身心健康发展,关键取决于高校健美操教师的教学能力。本文重在研究高校健美操教师的教学能力,主要运用了问卷调查法、文献研究法、数据分析法等研究方法,对成都市高校健美操教师进行了深入研究。Colleges and universities aerobics teaching reform and the improvement of teaching quality and promoting the development of the physical and mental health of college students,the key depends on colleges and universities aerobics teachers’teaching ability.This paper focuses on research of colleges and universities aerobics teachers’teaching ability.Through using the method of questionnaire,literature review and data analysis,this paper makes deeply analysis on college aerobics teachers in Chengdu city.
