摘 要:八年制医学生代表了我国目前医学教育水平的最高层次。然而目前培养模式中存在重基础轻临床的问题,如何在有限的时间内全面提高学生临床实践能力是八年制临床教学面临的重要课题。本研究结合相关教学培养要求,选取第四军医大学2010级八年制医学生,以近年来在临床上广泛应用的显微外科技术为教学内容,进行相关课程的培训和手术操作训练,并对教学效果及经验进行总结,由此探索提高八年制医学生临床实践能力的可行方案,并为深化八年制医学生外科学教学提供参考。At present, eight-year medical students represent the highest level of medical education in China. However, the current cultivating mode pays more attention to basic research but despising clinical ability. Thus, how to improve the clinical ability of students in the limited study period still remains an important problem in eight-year medical pro- gram. In this study, according to the related teaching requirements, we implemented the teaching of microsurgical tech- nique which is widely used in clinic to the grade 2010 students of eight-year medical program in our school. The effect and experience of teaching were summarized in this paper. The object of the study is to explore a feasible scheme to improve the clinical ability of eight-year medical students, and providing reference for deepening the teaching of surgery in eight-year medical program.
