高职教育发展的阶段性特征及其启示——基于国家示范性高职院校建设的分析

摘  要:我国高职教育的发展经历了几个阶段,在2006年国家规划示范性高职教育建设,通过此次规划,国家确立了高职要走与普通高校不同发展路线的目标。在这一目标指引下,我国高职教育进入了一个崭新的阶段,这一阶段的主要方向是:改革教学、建设实习基地、建设师资队伍、提升服务能力以及采取国际交流合作。本文通过这五个方向对国家示范性高职院校建设进行评估,找出其中的成果与不足,进而提出示范性高校建设的建议,以期对新时代高职教育提供帮助。China,s higher vocational education has experienced several stages in its development. In 2006, our country formulat-ed the construction of demonstration higher vocational education, through which, our country has demonstrative that higher voca-tional education should take a development path different from that of common colleges. Guided by the objective, China,s higher vocational education has entered a totally new stage, in which the main directions are as follows: teaching reform, practice base construction, teaching staff construction, service ability improve-ment and international exchange and cooperation. Through the five directions, this paper evaluated the construction of national demonstrative higher vocational colleges, found out the results and shortcomings, and then proposed suggestions on the con-struction, hoping to provide help for higher vocational education in the new times.
