当前我国高校教学管理探析

摘　　要：随着高校的迅速发展,各大高校的投入也不断加大,但与之相对应的是高校教育、教学管理模式却有明显的滞后性,在当前的高校教学管理体系中普遍存在着管理思想落后,重教育轻管理的问题,导致高校教学管理缺乏创新,不能适应社会经济的迅速发展。本文结合高校教育中存在的相关问题提出可行性建议以供参考。With the rapid development of colleges, the investment of colleges is also continuously increasing, but the corresponding model of college education and teaching management is obviously backward. The management ideas in the current college teaching management system are generally backward, emphasizing educa-tion and neglecting management, which results in the lack of in-novation in college teaching and the failure to meet the rapid de-velopment of society and economy. Combined with relevant prob-lems existing in college education, this paper proposed feasible referential suggestions.
