摘  要:学生社团是高校培养人才的重要平台,是校园文化的有效载体,评价激励是学生社团发展的动力支持系统,本文从个人奖、社团奖、活动奖三个方面对中美学生社团评价激励做了比较,对我国学生社团评价激励体制有一定启示。The students' association is an important platform for the cultivation of talents in universities,and the effective carrier of the campus culture,while evaluation and incentive is the driving force that supports the development of student associations. From the three aspects of individual award, association award, and community activities award of student organizations, this paper compares the evaluation and incentive of student organizations in China and America, which is of certain enlightenment to the stu-dent associations evaluation and incentive system in China.
