摘　　要：非洲医学留学生的汉语熟练程度决定着临床实习技术的提高。对非洲医学留学生适应度调查中,多数人能主动地寻找不同文化中价值取向相同的部分,适应相对良好。只是学术适应困难程度总体上属于中等程度。因此,师生只有增加相互了解和认识,从而克服跨文化交际障碍,探索出科学、可行的汉语教学模式,帮助非洲留学生充实地学习、快乐地生活。The Chinese proficiency of African medical students in China determines improvement of clinical practice technology. The survey of fitness of Africa medicine students finds that the majority of them can actively look for the same part of the value orientation in different culture and adaptation is relatively good. Their overall level of academic adaptation to difficulties belongs to the medium level. Therefore, teachers and students should increase mutual knowledge and understanding so as to overcome intercultural communicative barriers, explore a scientific and feasible model of Chinese teaching, thus helping African students to gain a rich learning and a happy life.
