摘  要:为了培养复合型体育教师,提高人才培养质量,运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对我国高校体育教师培养进行研究。结果表明:尽管高校对现有体育教师培养模式不断修订和完善,但培养体育师资的教育理念、技能、教学实践能力等只适用普通学生,对特殊学生的体育教育无能为力。鉴此,分析全纳教育理论下体育教师专业构成基础上,从教育制度、培养目标、方案、过程等方面建构体育教师培养新模式,从而进一步深化体育教育教学改革,促进教育公平。In order to promote cultivation of compound physical education teachers and improve the quality of talenttraining, this paper analyzed the training of physical education teachers in colleges with the methods of literaturereview and logical analysis. The result showed that the education ideal, skill and practice teaching ability are onlyapplicable for ordinary students and helpless for special students although colleges revise and improve the existingphysical education teacher training mode continuously. Therefore, this paper analyzed physical education teachers'major components under inclusive education theory and tried to put forward a new cultivation mode for physical education teachers from aspects of education system, training target, scheme, and process and so on. And we hopethe new mode can further deepen the physical education teaching reform and promote educational equity.
