摘　　要：在外贸进出口业务和国际商务交流中,国际商务合同在明确双方责任和义务、规范双方履约行为方面起着关键作用。国际商务合同翻译的质量直接影响有关各方对合同内容的理解与执行。词语是构成合同文本最基本的单位,词义的正确处理是翻译商务合同文书的前提和基础。正确选择近义词,处理好多义词,把握好专业术语,辨别容易混淆的词,有助于做好国际商务合同翻译工作。International business contracts play a key role in the definition of the responsibilities and obligations,and the specification of performance of the parties in import and export business and international business communication. The translation quality of international business contract directly affects the understanding and implementation of the relevant parties on the contents of the contract. Words constitute the basic contract text units.The correct handling of the meaning of a word is the premise and foundation of translating business contract.Therefore,correct choice of synonyms and appropriate translation of words with multi-interpretation and technical terms are of great help to a high-quality international business contract translation.
