中医院校留学生HIC教育管理模式初探——浙江中医药大学的实践与思考

摘　　要：[目的]探索并构建适用于中医院校留学生教育管理的新模式。[方法]通过文献、问卷和访谈等方式调研留学生的生活和教育管理现状,设计新的管理模式。[结果]构建以人文关怀(Humanistic care)、完善制度(Institution improvement)及文化融合(Culture fusion)为核心的HIC留学生教育管理模式,并运用于实践。[结论]HIC模式可提高我校留学生教育管理工作的成效性,对留学生校园文化建设有促进作用,对实现我校教育国际化有积极意义。[Objective] To explore and establish an education management model that is suitable for foreign students in a university of Chinese Medicine.[Mcthod] This study preferentially focused on daily life management and secondarily on education management,applying methods of literature research,questionaire and interview.[Results] Consisting of three core elements（humanistic care,institution improvement and culture fusion）,the HIC foreign student education model was established and practiced by investigation on the education management condition of foreign students.[Conclusion] This study established a service system of new student adaptation,student growth care and graduation farewell,improved the managing institution,as well as guided foreign students to accept the campus culture of Chinese medicine.The HIC management model could improve the efficiency of education management on the foreign students,facilitate the construction of campus culture for foreign students,and had positive significance to realize the education internationalization for our university.
