摘　　要：以轿车后视镜电动转向器为例 ,概述电机套筒压入旋动球体的三轴孔插入多面约束的复杂装配方案、装配过程。根据装配件的结构特性 ,采用了一种新型的装配方法———在复杂机构三导杆上完成装配动作。Taking the motor - driven steering device of rear -view mirror of car as an example, this paper made an overall de-scription on complicated assembling scheme and assembling process of triple peg - in - hole insertion and multi - sided restraints for pressing - in the gyratory ball into motor sleeve. According to the structural.characteristics of assembly parts, a new kind of assembling method——accomplish the assembly motion on three guiding bars of the complicated mechanism——is adopted.
