摘 要:解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,BA)固体发酵可以大幅度提高动物益生菌制剂产量,但BA发酵的培养条件限制了该技术的广泛应用。为掌握BA的生长繁殖特性,采用正交设计研究BA固体发酵的最适培养条件。结果表明:对BA菌落数的影响因素主次顺序为温度、料水比、菌液接种量和pH值。当温度为38℃、初始pH为7.2、料水比为1∶1.8、菌液接种量为15%时,BA固体培养生长较好,可以获得更多活菌数。其最适培养条件有利于益生菌工厂化生产。The solid fermentation of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (BA) can significantly increase the yield of probioties, and the fermentation culture conditions of BA limits the extensive application of the technology. The optimum culture conditions of solid fermentation for BA bacteria were studied in this experiment by orthogonal testing in order to investi- gate the characteristics of growth and reproduction of bacteria BA. Results showed that the influencing factors to the bacteria were temperature, the ratio of material to water, microbial inoculation amount and pH respectively. On 38 ℃ temperature, initial pH 7.2, and water ratio 1 : 1.8, microbial inoculation quantity was 15 %, BA tended to grow more rapidly on the condition of solid fermentation and a higher number of viable cells were obtained. The best condition is conductive to the industrial production of probiotics.
