马克思视野中的正义——以“塔克尔-伍德命题”为视角的分析

摘　　要："塔克尔-伍德命题"认为马克思并非基于道德视角,而是从特定的生产方式的功能和作用来批判资本主义。胡萨米等人对此予以驳斥,他们认为这一命题是对马克思的误读,马克思是用一种隐晦的和间接的道德批判方式谴责资本主义的不正义。经过分析可以看出,在评判马克思视野中的正义问题时,"塔克尔-伍德命题"支持者和反对者的争论是不同分析范式的产物,双方各自主张"文本解构"和"时代解读"两种不同的分析方法。综合来看,青年时期的马克思批判资本主义时以"道德评价尺度"为主,成熟时期的马克思则以"历史评价尺度"为优先,两种评判尺度在历史唯物主义的平台上相统一。＂Tucker-Wood Thesis＂ asserts that Marx＇ criticism of capitalism is not based on morality but on the function and effect of the particular production mode. Husami and others refute this assertion by pointing out that ＂Tucker-Wood Thesis＂ misunderstands Marxism and indicating that Marx produces his moral criticism of the injustice of capitalism implicitly and indirectly. In fact, the conflict between the two sides is derived from different analyzing paradigms-text deconstruction and interpretation of times. On the whole, Marx in youth mainly takes the moral evaluation against capitalism and in his mature period Marx takes priority in a historical evaluation. These two achieve unification at the level of historical materialism.
