CBL教学法和TBL教学法在冠脉CT影像教学中的实践

摘　　要：目的:评价CBL和TBL教学法在冠脉CT影像教学中的效果,总结应用经验。方法:分组采用CBL和TBL教学模式进行冠脉CT影像教学,对比理论及阅片考核成绩,收集学生对两种教学模式的认知和感受。结果:CBL和TBL组的理论及阅片实践考核成绩均无显著差异。结论:CBL和TBL教学模式在冠脉CT教学中均能达到良好的教学效果,但两者对学生各项能力的培养侧重点有所不同。Objective： To evaluate the effect of the Case-Based Learning（ CBL） and Team-Based Learning（ TBL） in coronary CT course. Methods： students were grouped by CBL and TBL and their theory and testing scores were compared. The students＇ recognition and perception were collected at the same time. Results： There was no significant difference between CBL mode and TBL mode. Conclusion： CBL and TBL are the feasible and effective teaching methods in coronary CT course,but they are different from each other in cultivating the abilities of the students.
