摘 要:目的:探讨系统教案法在ICU护理教学中的应用,进一步提高教学质量。方法:按随机数字表法选取实习生126人,随机分成两组,传统教学方法组63人,采用传统教学方法教学;系统教案法组63人,采用系统教案法教学,分别对两种教学方法进行满意度调查。结果:两种教学方法满意度比较,经2检验,其中5项差异有显著性意义,结论:系统教案法在临床护理教学中的应用,有效地提高了护生对教学的满意度和教学质量。Objective: To further improve the quality of clinical care by exploring the application of Systematic Teaching Plan Methodology in clinical care teaching. Methods: Based on random number table method,we first selected 126 interns of nursing major as volunteers for the experiment. Then we randomly divided them into two groups. In the control group,63 volunteers were taught with traditional teaching method. In the experimental group,the other 63 volunteers were taught with the reformed systematic teaching plan method. In the end,we did a survey regarding the satisfaction towards these two distinct clinical care teaching methods. Results: Comparing the satisfaction towards these two teaching methods,there are 5 features that appear to be significantly meaningful after X2 test.Conclusion: The systematic clinical care teaching plan method effectively improved students' satisfaction rate and the quality of teaching.
