通过阻抗脑血流图及脑电图观察睡眠不足对头痛患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过阻抗脑血流图及脑电图观察睡眠不足对头痛患者的影响。方法:对160例无器质性病变的头痛患者根据睡眠质量不同分为睡眠正常组和睡眠不足组(n=80),观察阻抗脑血流图与脑电图。结果:阻抗脑血流图和脑电图所筛查的160例头痛患者中,阻抗脑血流图异常者占总人数比例:睡眠正常的男性1.88%,女性1.12%;睡眠不足的男性14.38%,女性16.25%。脑电图异常者占总人数比例:睡眠正常的男性2.50%,女性3.75%;睡眠不足的男性21.85%,女性22.50%。睡眠不足的阻抗脑血流图和脑电图异常率远高于睡眠正常组(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠不足对头痛患者血管及神经有明显影响。Objective： To observe the effect of lack of sleep in patients with headache through impedance rheoencephalogram and EEG. Methods： According to the sleep quality, 160 patients with headache and without structural lesions were divided into normal sleep group and lack of sleep group. They were performed EEG and impedance rheoencephalogram examination. Results： In normal sleep group, the abnormal rate of impedance rheoencephalogram was 1.88% for male, 1.12% for female. In lack of sleep group, the abnormal rate was 14.38% for male, 16.25% for female. In normal sleep group, the abnormal rate of EEG was 2.50% for male, 3.75% for female. In lack of sleep group, the abnormal rate was 21.85%% for male, 22.50% for female. In lack of sleep group, the abnormal rate of EEG and impedance rheoencephalogram was much higher than that of normal group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The lack of sleep has a significant effect to the blood vessels and nerves in patients with headache.
