摘　　要：民办幼儿园是我国学前教育的重要组成部分。民办幼儿园的发展经过了初建、兴起、缓慢发展、恢复调整、稳步提高、强化立法、快速发展以及全新的发展时期。在梳理过程中发现,民办幼儿园的发展有利于缓解学前教育供求矛盾,有利于满足社会对幼儿教育多样化的需求;吸收民间资本的投入,减轻政府公共财政投入的负担;加快学前教育的普及,提高学前教育的整体质量。民办幼儿园的发展需要政府立法保障、财政支持和管理支撑;民办幼儿园发展还需要坚持公益性、普惠性与营利性相结合的原则,重视教育质量持续提升,坚持多样化的办学形式。Private kindergarten is an important part of preschool education in China.The development of private kindergartens goes through many stages such as newly-built,rising,slow development,adjustment,steady improvement,strengthening legislation,rapid development and brand new period.Through investigation,we find that the development of private kindergarten is beneficial to the remission of the contradiction between supply and demand in preschool education,to meeting the social needs of diverse early childhood education.It can also absorb the investment of civil capital,lighten the burden of the government＇s public financial investment.What＇s more,it can speed up the popularization of the preschool education,and improve its overall quality.The development of private kindergartens needs the guarantee of government legislation,financial support and management support;the development of private kindergartens also needs the adherence to the principles combining public welfare,general preferential and profitability,the attention of the continuous enhancement of education quality,and diverse forms of school running.
