山西省三甲医院住院医师人文素质现状调查与思考

摘　　要：目的了解山西省三甲医院住院医师的人文素质现状,并提出相应的教育对策及建议。方法按照方便抽样的方法选取4所医院,然后从中随机抽取300名住院医师为调查对象,分别就住院医师对医学人文重要性认识、医学人文知识的了解、人文技能的实际应用情况及医学人文教育状况4个方面进行问卷调查。采用SPSS13.0对收集到的数据资料进行相应的统计处理。结果大部分的住院医师都已经意识到了医学人文素养的重要性;部分住院医师还无法正确认识医学人文学科,片面地将医学人文归为思想政治教育;人文价值观淡化;约3/4的住院医师认为医院没有开展针对住院医师的医学人文培训。结论加强对住院医师的人文素质教育应引起相关部门的重视,从住院医师自身、医院、医学院校、政府四个方面提出了可行性的建议。Objective：To study the medical humanities quality status of resident doctors m top noapitals m Shanxi province and explore the feasibility proposals. Method ： Questionnaires were used in 300 resident doctors in top hospitals in Shanxi Province, the content involved residents view on the importance of humane quality, the actual application of the humanities knowledge skills and the hospital medical humanities education. Results：Most of the residents are aware of the importance of the medical humanities accomplishment ; part of residency is not possible to correct understanding of medical humanities, one - sided medical humanities are classified as the ideological and political education ; looking down humanistic values ; about three - quarters of the hospital doctors don＇t think the hospital for medical humanities for residency training. Conclusion ： To strengthen the humanistic quality education of resident physician should cause the attention of relevant departments, the paper put forward the feasibility proposal from the government, hospitals, resident doctors, medical colleges.
