摘　　要：青少年的认同危机问题一直以来为学界所研究,得出了很多的研究成果,并提出了很多的解决方案。但是从青少年的生涯规划教育的角度来研究青少年的认同危机问题成果并不多。基于此,从该角度对青少年的认同危机问题进行研究,得出青少年的生涯规划教育的缺失是造成其认同危机的一个重要原因的结论,并提出了一些解决办法。The teenagers＇ identity crisis has long been studied by scholars. Many achievements, and many solutions have been proposed. But there are not so many researches about the teenagers＇ identity crisis from the perspective of career planning. This paper puts more emphasis on the teenagers＇ career planning and draws the conclusion that the lack of the education on the career planning is an important fact that leads to the teenagers＇ identity crisis. About this problem, we come up with several solutions.
