摘　　要：本科生全程导师制是深化高校本科教育教学改革、积极探索创新型人才成长和提高人才培养质量的有效途径。文章以南京晓庄学院生物科学专业为例,介绍了其全程导师制发展历程、实施办法、运行机制、实施效果和成果,以期为导师制在我校"十二五"本科教学质量工程中的推广提供参考。Undergraduate tutorial system is an effective way of deepening teaching reform and undergraduate education,exploring improvement of innovative undergraduates and training quality. A good case in point is the biological science specialty in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University. The development process,implementation measures,operation mechanism and the results of undergraduate full tutorial system were introduced in this paper. The aim present is to provide reference for the promotion of undergraduate full tutorial system in the project of undergraduate teaching quality in the university.
