摘　　要：传统的《婚姻家庭法学》教学在整个法学教育中有着相当重要的作用,但也存在诸多问题,必须进行教学模式改革,开展实践性教学。在课堂教学活动中,一要深化案例教学法,二要尝试模拟情景教学法,三要改变传统的授课模式,以提高学生的综合能力。The traditional teaching of＂Marriage and Family Law＂plays an important role in the law education,but it has a lot of problems,so we must carry out the reform of teaching mode and practice teaching. In the classroom teaching activities,we need to deepen the teaching method of case,try to simulate the scene teaching method,and change the traditional teaching mode in order to improve the students＇ comprehensive ability.
