摘　　要：社会化标注网站中的标签不仅可以用于描述资源和用户的特征,同时也成为了网络资源管理和推荐的纽带,它将用户与资源紧密连接从而构建了基于标签的管理与推荐机制。文章以网络学习平台中现存的问题为切入点,提出基于标签的教育资源管理与推荐模型,并对其应用价值进行讨论,以期在大数据时代为优化网络学习平台功能、促进个性化学习及学习分析方面提供一定的经验积累。The tag used in the social tagging sites can not only describe characters of the resources and users, but also combine them together. In this way, tag-based management and recommendation mechanism constructed. By analyzing the existing problems in network learning platforms, the model for managing and recommending the educational resources is proposed. In addition, the value of its application is discussed. With the help of the model, it is possible to accumulate experiences which can optimize the function of the network learning platforms, and promote both individual learning and learning analysis in the age of the 'Big Data'.
