摘　　要：实践教学是学校教学工作的重要组成部分,是学生获取知识和技能的重要途径。该文从实践育人管理体系、打造品牌实践活动、重视专业与课程建设、坚持开放办学、建设实践教学平台和创新毕业实习模式等方面探索加强实践育人工作,以便提高人才培养质量。The practical teaching is an important part in teaching activities and a major way for student to obtain knowledge and skill .The paper attempts to probe the ways of practicing cultivating students from the aspects of management system ,brand-making practical activity ,emphasis on specialty and curriculum construction ,insisting on open running school ,building practical teaching platform and innovating graduate practice pattern to improve the talent cultivation quality .
