摘 要:在界定食品安全内涵的基础上,分析了我国食品安全现状和特点,提出供应链视角下我国食品安全监管对策和建议。研究认为,我国食品安全的特点表现为基本态势稳中向好,群众对食品安全问题的积极主动举报,监管部门的监管力度越来越大,食品安全标准和法律日益完善,食品安全诚信体系建设正在推进。立足供应链视角,从打造透明供应链、建立食品供应链信任机制、纵横监管相互结合、形成食品供应链契约规制、设计基于供应链的食品安全监管模式方面提出保障我国食品安全的对策和建议。Based on the food safety connotation definition, this paper analyzed the situation and characteristic of our food safety, and put forward the supervision countermeasure from supply chain perspective. The research showed that the basic situation of food safety was stable and good developing, the accusation of food safety from masses was positive, the supervision department increasingly strengthened supervision, food safety standard and law were increasingly perfected and the honesty system of food safety was processing. From supply chain perspective, this paper put forward the super- from five aspects, creating transparent supply chain, building trust mechanism of food safety, mutual combination of vertical and horizontal supervision, forming contract regulation of food supply chain and designing food safety supervision model base on supply chain
