摘　　要：高校思想政治教育队伍是做好大学生思想政治教育工作的组织保证,建设学习型思想政治教育队伍是提升大学生思想政治教育有效性的根本所在。建设学习型思想政治教育队伍要把握好以下几个方面:一是加强团队建设,提升整体素质;二是明确工作目标,构筑共同愿景;三是增强创新能力,实现自我超越。Ideological and political education team is the organization guarantee of doing well in ideological and political education work. So the use of the learning-oriented theory to construct the learning-oriented ideological and political education team will be the most important to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. At present, to construct the learning-oriented ideological and political education team we must do well in the following： the first is to strengthen the team study and improve integrated quality; the second is to advance a reasonable and definite aim and build a common vision; the third is to strengthen the creative capability and achieve self-transcendence.
