摘　　要："微课程"教学作为一种新的教学组织形式,已经在教学领域被普遍采用,并取得良好的教学效果。作者提出在军队任职教育中紧贴教育训练要"贴近作战、贴近部队"的总体要求,依据自身特点,积极探索和采用"微课程"新型教学手段,完成以获取、生成和发展岗位任职所需要的知识、能力、素质为目的的准备性教育,有效增强任职教育教学效果的设想。As a new teaching method, ＂micro -course teaching＂ has been widely used and achieved good effects. In this paper, the design of applying micro course in continuing education in military colleges were dis- cussed as following： the general requirements as ＂close to the combat and close to the troops＂ should be abided, this new teaching means can be tried in the preliminary education of knowledge ability and quality, so as to enhance the teaching effect effectively.
