结合现代生理学探讨《黄帝内经》中阳明与阳痿的关系

摘　　要：阳痿是导致男性不育的重要疾病之一。该文通过阳明经络的循行、阳明系统的生理病理特点以及结合现代医学生理学相关内容,对《黄帝内经》中阳明系统与阳痿相关的理论进行探讨,认为无论是从中医角度还是现代医学,阳明系统与阳痿的发生以及治疗都有密切关系。同时认为通过对古代医学经典的重温学习,对于更深刻地理解掌握中医理论,开拓临床诊疗思路具有重要意义。Impotence is one of the important diseases in male infertility. This article discusses the related theory of Yang - ming system and impotence ,by the courses of Yang -Ming meridians and collaterals,Physiological and pathological characteristics of the Yang - ming system and combine the related content of Modern medical physiology, and draws a conclusion that Yang - ming system as well as the occurrence of impotence and treatment has close relationship whatever from the perspective of Chinese medicine and modern medicine. Meanwhile, the article considers that It is of great significance to back to study the ancient medical classics for a deeper understanding of master the traditional Chinese medicine theory and expanding the way of chnical diagnosis and treatment thought.
