摘 要:针对某车型后扭梁NVH性能的优化,以预测在不同位置加装阻尼块对后扭梁扭杆模态频率的影响为目标,研究了试验模态修改预测法的原理、应用条件及可靠性。首先介绍了模态综合法理论,详细说明了需要关注的应用条件,最后针对某款车型的后扭梁扭杆振动过大问题,通过预测阻尼块在不同安装位置对模态频率的影响,得到了较优的方案,同时通过预测结果与试验结果的对比说明此方法的可靠性,误差产生原因也在文中分析。The principle, application conditions and reliability of a new modification prediction technology was discussed through predicting the influence on the modal frequency of rear torsion beam after the rubbers were added to the different places of rear torsion beam in the paper. The theory of modal synthesis was intro- duced firstly, in which the four important application conditions of the technology were introduced in detail. Finally, by aiming at the NVH performance of rear torsion beam of a certain automobile, the optimal proposal was selected by the application of the new modi- fication prediction technology. The reliability was verified by com- paring the prediction results with test results. The error analysis was also presented in the study.
