摘 要:针对注意缺陷多动障碍的神经机制研究,是诊断和治疗此类疾病的重要基础。文章综述了国内外关于注意缺陷多动障碍的事件相关电位研究。当前的研究焦点主要集中在揭示ERP成分差异性与认知缺陷之间的关系上。研究发现,ADHD儿童在N1、P2、N2和P3成分上均与健康儿童存在较大的差异,意味着其在注意定向、抑制监控能量调节和错误加工等方面存在认知缺陷。文章的系统总结将有助于认清当前该领域的研究进展及存在的不足,为后续研究的开展提供思路。The study of the neural mechanism involving the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the basis of the diagnosis and treatment of relevant diseases. This paper reviews foreign researches into event-related potentials (ERP) in relation to ADI-ID. According to the review, the current research focuses on the relationship between different ERP components and cognitive deficits; there is a significant difference between children with ADHD and normal children in ERP components, such as N1, P2, N2 and P3, indicating the cognitive deficits of children with ADHD in attention to orientation, inhibitory control, and error processing. The authors'systematic summary helps to identify the developments of the research and its deficiency, and provide proposals for subsequent research.
