摘 要:针对电动车的控制要求,设计了一种基于dsPIC30F4012的电动车用无刷直流电机新型控制系统。该系统在不增加硬件的前提下,通过软件算法实现对电机电动运行/回馈制动状态的控制。将模糊PI智能控制算法应用到电机控制中,解决传统控制算法在电机控制中的不足,提高了系统的抗干扰能力及控制精度。给出了具体的硬件设计、系统的控制策略和控制软件流程。通过试验验证了在电动状态下,该控制系统具有速度调节稳态误差小、抗干扰及自适应能力强的优点;在回馈制动时,该系统具有制动时间短、速度变化平稳、能量回馈效率高的优点。所研制的控制器具有良好的控制性能。In view of the control requirements for electric vehicle,a new control system of brushless DC motor for electric vehicle based on dsPIC30F4012 was designed.Without adding the hardware,it was achieved to control the electric running and the regenerative braking of motor by software algorithm.To solve the deficiency of traditional control algorithm in motor control,and to improve the anti-interference ability of the system and the control precision,the fuzzy PI intelligent control algorithm was applied to the motor control.The specific design of the hardware,the system control strategy and control software process were given.The system was verified under the test of condition.The experimented results show that in electric condition,the control system has advantages of small steady-state error on speed regulation,strong antijamming and adaptive ability,and during regenerative braking,the system has the advantages of short braking time,speed smoothly,high energy feedback efficiency.The developed controller has good control performances.
