摘　　要：培养和造就具有创新意识和创新能力的药学人才是新时代赋予高等药学教育责无旁贷的历史使命。天然药物化学是药学里一门注重理论与实践相结合的学科,也是药学专业必须掌握的一门重要的专业基础课程。笔者结合近年来天然药物化学创新实验中的体会,采用PDCA循环,为拔尖创新药学人才培养体系的建立进行了探索。Cultivating pharmaceutical talents with innovative consciousness and innovative ability is the new era to be ones unshirkable responsibility of higher pharmaceutical education historical mission. Natural medicine chemistry is a combination of theory and practice of the discipline of pharmacy, an important professional foundation course is the pharmacy must master. Combining the experience of natural pharmaceutical chemistry experiment in recent years, the PDCA circulation, top notch innovative pharmaceutical talents cultivation system was established to explore.
