摘  要:目的:探讨视知觉学习对弱视伴自闭症患儿的治疗作用。方法:回顾性分析1例弱视伴自闭症儿童在视知觉学习前后的视功能变化情况。结果:经过3年的视知觉学习后,患儿的矫正视力显著提高,双眼矫正视力均为0.8,同时视觉信息加工能力也得到提高。结论:视知觉学习能使弱视伴自闭症患儿的视力和视觉信息加工能力同时得到改善。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of visual perceptual learning on amblyopic child with autism. Methods: The changes of visual function of one amblyopic child with autism before and after visual perceptual learning were analyzed retrospectively. Results : After visual perceptual learning for three years, the corrected visual acuities of both eyes of the child were improved to 0. 8, mean- while, the visual processing abilities were upgraded. Conclusion: Visual perceptual learning can improve the corrected visual acuity and visual processing ability of the amblyopic child with autism.
