摘　　要：本文对现有文献进行总结、归纳,整理出临床实践能力的概念,并对国内外关于临床实践能力的培养模式及评价方式进行介绍,旨在为进一步研究提供参考依据。This paper summarized the existing literatures, sorting out the concept of nurses＇ clinical practice competence, meanwhile introducing the training modes and evaluation methods. It is aimed to provide reference for future research in the field of nurses＇ clinical practice competence.
