摘 要:采用Al-Si钎料对Al/steel进行钎焊,研究了钎料对母材的润湿性。采用万能试验机和显微硬度计测试了焊接接头的力学性能,用SEM,EDS对焊接接头的显微结构和断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明,Al/Al-Si/steel钎焊接头剪切强度随保温时间的增加先增加后减小,最大值达到56 MPa。焊接接头焊缝由靠近铝侧反应层和靠近钢侧反应层组成,焊缝处显微硬度高于两侧基体。The A1-Si brazing filler metal was used to braze A1 and steel. The solder on the wettability of parent metal was researched. The universal testing machine and microhardness test were used to obtain the mechanical property of the brazed joints. The microstructure and fracture morphology of the bonded joints was studied by SEM and EDS. The results show that the shear strength increases firstly and then decreases by holding time increasing, and it exhibited a maximum value of 56 MPa. The TiA13 phase appears on the fracture surface and the fracture way of the joints is brittle fracture. The weld seam was formed near the side of aluminum products and steel. The microhardness on both of conversion zone is higher than that of the matrix.
