摘 要:目的调查护士感知组织氛围与工作家庭冲突的现状,并探讨两者之间关系。方法随机抽取哈尔滨市3所综合医院的1 053名临床一线护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护理组织氛围量表和工作-家庭冲突量表进行调查。结果护士护理组织氛围总均分为(3.72±0.51)分;护士工作-家庭冲突总均分为(3.26±1.08)分;分层回归分析表明,护士的婚姻状况、学历及组织氛围对其工作家庭冲突均有显著影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应注重创造良好的护理组织氛围,有效缓解护士工作家庭冲突。Objective To investigate the status of nurses" perceived organizational climate and work - family conflict, and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods A totle of 1 053 nurses were randomly recruited from three comprehensive hospitals in Harbin. They were investigated with the general information questionnaire, organizational climate scale and work - family conflict scale. Results Organizational climate score was ( 3,72 ± 0.51 ) , work - family conflict score was (3.26 ± 1.08 ). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the work -family conflict was significantly affected by marital status, education and organization climate among nurses (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing administrators should create a good nursing organizational atmosphere, control the work - family conflict of clinical nursing staff.
