护理本科实习生法律态度与人格特征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解护理本科实习生法律态度及人格特征的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用法律态度自评量表、艾森克人格问卷简式量表及人口社会学调查问卷对523名护理本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科实习生法律态度总分为(73.29±8.86)分;护生内外向和神经质得分高于国内常模(P<0.01),精神质和掩饰性得分低于国内常模(P<0.01);护理本科实习生法律态度与人格特征相关(P<0.05)。结论护理本科实习生法律态度较为积极,人格特征表现为情绪不太稳定,性格较外向,完整的人格特征与积极的法律态度有密切关系。Objective To investigate the status of law attitude and personality characteristics of nursing undergraduate interns,and to analyze the correlation between them. Method A total of 523 nursing undergraduate interns were investigated with self - rating questionnaire for legal attitude and Eysenck Personal Questionnaire （EPQ）. Results The total score of legal attitude was （73.29 ± 8.86 ）. Scores of external and neuroticism of nursing students were higher than the domestic norm（ P 〈0.01 ）, and the scores of psychoticism and disguising were lower than the domestic norm（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The personality characteristics of nursing undergraduate interns was positively correlated with their law attitude （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The attitude of nursing undergraduate interns is active, the mood of personality characteristics is not stable. The students＇personality characteristics is closely associated with positive law attitude.
