甲壳质/壳聚糖及其衍生物在生物领域中的应用

摘　　要：甲壳质是一种含氨基的均态多糖 ,它既能生物合成 ,又可被生物降解 ,且不污染环境 .壳聚糖是甲壳质脱乙酰化的产物 ,壳低聚糖是二至八糖的低聚糖 .对甲壳质 壳聚糖及其衍生物以及壳低聚糖在种子被覆剂与植物活化剂、固定化酶和生物反应器的载体、菌体内核酸和毒素去除剂、扫描电子显微镜用试剂及膜的分离材料等生物领域方面的研究应用情况 ,尤其是近年来的进展进行了综述 .Chitin is a kind of uniform polysaccharide containing amines. It can be not only biosynthesis but also biodegradation and thus its use will not pollute environment. Chitosan is the product of chitin deacetytation. Chitin/chitosan and their derivatives have been used as seed covered agents plant growth regulators, the carriers of immobilized enzymes and bioreactors, removing agents of nucleic acids and bacterium endotoxin and membrane separation materials. Advanced studies on the application of chitin/chitosan and their derivatives in some biological fields were reviewed.
