基础教育课程改革的推进需要舆论造势和给力

摘  要:基础教育课程改革不仅需要社会舆论的支持,还需要公众积极的关注和参与,但反观新课改发现:宣传不到位,舆论准备不足,其他社会部门对新课程支持力度明显不够;理论阐释混乱,理念解读晦涩,公众领会费力,故教育观念转变难;教育部门单兵作战,忽视协同,公众对新课程的关注与参与度不高。上述状况的改善需要:主动寻求主流大众传媒的介入,通俗易懂地传播教育科学和课程改革知识及信息;推出知名教育学者进入主流大众传媒,开办教育及课程改革系列讲坛或节目;在主流大众传媒上建立平台,就课程改革问题开展教育学者与公众的对话与交流;通过主流大众传媒宣传推广课改经验和典型,使课改由"专业"走向"大众"。The curriculum reform of basic education does not only need the support of the social public opinion, but also needs the active public attention and participating. However, when reviewing the new curriculum reform, we found that the public concern and the supports from other social departments are insufficient. These bring about the problems: the potency dimension of supporting the new curriculum reform is obviously inadequate; explanations of theories are confused; interpretations of logos are obscure and it is hard for the public to understand the theories and logos. Furthermore, the departments of education have neglected cooperation, and the public have failed to pay enough attention to promoting and implementing the new curriculum. Measures: seeking the involvement of the mainstream mass media actively, transmitting knowledge and information about education science and curriculum reform, foregrounding famous educational scholars into the mainstream mass media, opening lectures or program, and establishing the platform in mainstream mass media. Therefore, educational scholars and the public can make dialogues and exchange on the issues of curriculum reform; by means of the mainstream mass media, make the curriculum reform toward from‘profession' to ‘ public'.
