摘  要:目的:探讨糖皮质激素(GC)对放射性脑损伤小鼠记忆障碍的影响。方法:将24只小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和模型+GC组3组,每组8只。予60 Co照射,照射结束后,模型+GC组小鼠予GC治疗,对照组和模型组以同等容积生理盐水代替。采用Morris水迷宫观察照射前和治疗后各组小鼠空间学习记忆能力改变。结果:1与照射前相比,模型组小鼠不仅穿越目标区域的次数明显减少(P<0.05),而且第一次穿越目标区域的时间也明显延长(P<0.05),而对照组和模型+GC组小鼠治疗后穿越目标区域的次数和第一次穿越目标区域时间未见改变(P>0.05)。2对照组和模型+GC组小鼠照射前和治疗后空间探索策略均为趋向式,而模型组小鼠空间探索策略在照射前为趋向式,照射后为随机式。结论:GC对放射诱导脑损伤后记忆障碍有改善作用。Objective:To observe the effects of glucocorticoid (GC) on memory dysfunction of mice after ra- diation-induced brain injury. Methods: Twenty-four mice were randomly divided into control, irradiated, and irradiated + GC groups (8 mice each group). The mice were irradiated by ^60Co. The mice in the irradiated + GC group were injected to GC following irradiated, while mice in the control and irradiated groups were received equivalent volume of sterile saline. The space memory ability of mice was tested by Morris Water Maze before irradiated and after treatment respectively. Results: Compared with before irradiation, not only times of mice in model group through the target area was significantly reduced, but also the first time through the target area was significantly delayed, while the frequency and the first time that mice in the control group and irradiated+GC group through the target area had no significant differences between before irradiation and after treatment. The space strategy of mice in the control and irradiated groups were appulsive before irradiation and following treatment. However, the space strategy of the irradiated mice was appulsive before irradiation, but became random following irradiated. Conclusion: GC could improve memory disorders for radiation-induced brain injury.
