摘　　要：介绍一种微弱信号检测的方法,主要基于模拟乘法器芯片AD630作为相敏检测器PSD,对微弱信号的幅频特性和相频特性进行检测。该设计简单稳定,精确度高,应用广泛,在物联网应用系统和科学研究中有很大的应用价值。This paper mainly introduces a method to detect the weak signal based on analog multiplier chip AD630 as phase -sensitive detector PSD , in which the amplitude frequency characteristics and the phase frequency characteristics of weak signal detection are detected. The application design is simple and stable with high precision and wide application.
