摘　　要：针对社会创新型人才培养的新需求,物流运筹学教学须从教学模式革新入手,全方位融合研究型教学、启发式教学、案例教学等新型教学方法,改革现有以单一课堂讲授为主的形式,全面提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,为培养面向企业应用的创新型人才服务。According to the new social demands for innovative talents,logistics operations teaching reform should be started from the teaching mode. The new teaching method which integrated research-based teaching, heuristic teaching and case teaching is proposed. The existing single classroom-based form is reformed. The students＇ ability of analyzing and solving problems is comprehensively improved. The objective is to cultivate innovative talents for enterprise application services.
