摘  要:通过对美国高校图书情报专业的信息素养教育课程的调查分析,论述了信息素养是当今每一位公民必备的重要素质,对图书馆学情报学专业学生开展信息素养教育非常重要。认为美国高校图书情报专业信息素养教育具有课程定位准确清晰、突出教育能力训练,注重主动学习和批判性思考能力培养,注重理论知识学习与实际动手能力培养,课程考核较为全面、各有侧重,教学大纲详尽明了,专业训练与图书馆实践紧密联系等特点。这些对我国图书情报专业教育具有借鉴意义。The paper investigates and analyzes Information Literacy Instruction (ILI) courses of specialty of Library and Information Science (LIS) in American universities, and expounds that information literacy is an essential quality for every citizen now, and it is important to train LIS students on ILL The paper considers that Information Literacy Instruction (ILI) of specialty of Library and Information Science (LIS) in American universities has the following features: courses being well positioned and focused on ability training; paying attention to active learning and critical thinking training; emphasizing on theoretical knowledge study and practical skill training; course assessments being comprehensive and each having its emphasis; the syllabuses being fully detailed and clear; closely connection between professional training and practice in library. These provide reference for LIS education in China.
