摘　　要：体育学脱离实用领域,即使编出再高深的"理论"也是屠龙之术,"成果"瞬息即逝,使学科建设空心化。本文针对体育研究伴随改革开放的进程偏离主流呈现由盛至衰的现状,从体育的价值区域与研究途径入手,强调体育研究的实证路径与整体应用,脚踏实地讲了一点道理。When sport science loses contact with practical application field ,there is no practical use even it make a more profound theory ,results of the study are easily forgotten ,discipline construction become empty .With the process of reform and opening up ,the sports study is away from the center and present from prosperity to decline .Based on the above situation ,This article start from the value of the sports area and research approaches ,emphasis the sports research empirical path and the overall application ,be down-to-earth and speak a little bit of truth .
