摘　　要：代际传承是家族企业永续经营的战略议题,现有研究主要从家族治理的角度进行探讨。本文在跨代创业的理论框架基础上,从家族创业过程中的企业家精神培育这一视角出发,研究家族跨代创业与企业家精神培育之间的理论关联。通过匹克公司的家族创业案例研究,本文发现：家族企业在跨代创业过程中能够有效地实现下一代企业家精神的培育,这主要体现在原生家族和创业实践两个方面。在股权界定和利益协同的跨代创业制度基础上,家族环境中的自主发展、有效沟通和共同愿景以及创业实践中的权责清晰、创业技能和家族资源的积累,都是培育企业家精神的有效机制。The intergenerational transition is a key strategic issue for the sustainability ol＇ family business. Differ from extant studies, this paper tries to analyze the cultivation of entrepreneurship in family business based on the trans-generational entrepreneurship perspective. Using the PEAKSPORT as a case study, the authors find that the cultivation of next-generation＇s entrepreneurship can be successfully achieved when the family business develops into the inter-generational stage. The cultivation can be finished both through the family and business, the former is characteristic of home education, while the later is carried out in entrepreneurial process. Specifically, the ownership definition, shared vision, clarified right-duty constitute the institutional base, it can accelerate the transition and cultivation of entrepreneurship.
