高校海权教育发展的思考

摘　　要：中国是一个海洋大国，然而，由于长期存在“重陆轻海”的偏狭观念，导致公民的海洋意识和海权意识明显落后于时代。在高校的课程教学中加强对学生的海权教育，任重而道远。在对大学生的海权意识进行问卷调查的基础上，对高校海权教育的现状进行了客观分析，并提出海权教育的具体内容和实施意见。Ocean has a critical influence for the survival and development of a country. China is a maritime power, however, due to the long - existent narrow - minded concept of ＂pay more attention to the land than the sea＂, the ocean awareness and sea power awareness were significantly behind the times. It is still a long way to go to strengthen the students＇ awarness of sea power through teachng in college. Based on a questionnaire survey of students＇ awareness of sea power, the paper gives an objective analysis of sea power education in college and proposes the specific content and implementation suggestion of sea power education.
